1st Sywell Remembers at the Menin Gate, Belgium

The Menin Gate ceremony has been happening every night in Ypres since 1927 and is a very solemn affair.

The town's Fire service buglers sound the last post every evening at 8 pm to remember all those who perished in World War One (WW1).

Two Spitfire Explorers - Emma and Tehya and Air Scout Josh represented the Group at the wreath laying.

They Marched up, Laid the wreath, saluted, and then smartly marched off - A credit to the Group!
